Partnering with a coach can unlock your potential and set you on a path to thriving. Coaching is a thought-provoking and collaborative process that can inspire you to maximize your gifts. I partner with people mostly one-on-one. Once in a blue moon, I host group sessions where we focus on a specific aspect of wellness, or work our way through books on movement, unrefined eating, or the brain science of behavior change. As a former communications specialist for the Library of Congress, I’m passionate about the transformative potential of books experienced in community, and I weave that into my coaching.

wellness workshops

Increasingly important is anything that can slow us down and bring us into a common framework. Which is what the Bookshelf in Thomasville, Georgia, does so beautifully. It has been a couple of years since I hosted a workshop; this one was a favorite size and setting.

group sessions

I periodically bring like-minded people together in a supportive space to replenish through reading, conversation, connection and action. Group sessions are an affordable way to experience coaching.

individual coaching sessions

I provide HIPAA-compliant one-on-one coaching in the Mayo Clinic model. I work online, by phone, and in-person.
